The S Group is committed to operating openly, transparently and in compliance with ethical principles. Because an ethical operating culture is important to use, we want to systematically monitor whether our ethical principles are being complied with in our day-to-day operations. We have therefore partnered with WhistleB to introduce an anonymous reporting channel – a whistleblowing service – that allows you to report any suspicion of misconduct on our part, or of any actions that violate our ethical principles.
Reports can always be submitted anonymously. If the person making a report provides their contact details or reports another person, however, the processing of personal data will take place in order to identify and investigate any activity that is contrary to our ethical principles, and possibly to bring the matter to a public authority for preliminary investigation and to monitor the stages of the investigation.
The reporting channel is a way of monitoring compliance with the S Group’s ethical principles. Through the reporting channel, we can obtain important and systematic information about any suspected misconduct and violations, and to react to it in a timely manner. Such a reporting mechanism is a key part of the UN’s guiding principles for human rights and business conduct. The reporting channel also supports a good employer image and a good corporate culture by giving employees a channel for sharing grievances and suspicions.
