Information we gather about you and where we get the information
When you are applying for a job, we will only ask for the necessary information related to the job application, such as your name and contact details, and the information is mainly provided by you. You can also provide a link to your LinkedIn profile and provide us with more information about your studies and courses, or about your work history and skills. If you wish, you can attach a photo and a CV to your job application. If you have references, you can also provide their contact details in your application. You can also allow us to use your data in other recruitments of the S Group company.
We do not ask for your age during the job application process, because the employee’s age is irrelevant when seeking employees for our vacant positions. We have to ask you whether you have turned 18, however, because according to legislation, only adults can be recruited for certain positions.
We can also use video interviews during the recruitment process. In such a case, we will save your recruitment video.
We may also use suitability assessments carried out by an external partner in recruitment as necessary. In such a case, we provide the partner with the contact details of the job applicant, and they provide us with an assessment of the suitability of the job applicant for the job in question.
Purposes for which your personal data is used
The job applicant’s data is used to carry out the job application process, i.e. when selecting people for our open positions.
How can you exercise your rights
You always have the right to request to view your personal data we have collected. As each S Group company, such as a cooperative or SOK, is a separate data controller, you must primarily submit your request to the employer to whose workplace or employment relationship the data applies.
You also have the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data by the S Group, move your data from one system to another and prevent the processing of your data.
