The co-op member data is used, for example, to calculate Bonuses, payment method benefits and return of surplus, in member administration and customer service, in the targeting of communications, marketing and content, as well as in the development of the range of benefits and the S Group’s business operations, such as product ranges and the service network. The data is also used to produce various useful services for the co-op members, such as the My Purchases (“Omat ostot”) service.
