How will you benefit from the collection of the customer data?

We use the collected customer data for the benefit of the co-op members by producing services and benefits.

In addition to the Bonus, payment method benefit and return of surplus, a co-op member benefits from the use of the customer data in the form of product ranges that better match their needs, a broader range of services and a broader network of outlets, as well as appropriate marketing and communication.

The data is also used to produce various beneficial services for the co-op members. In the My Purchases (“Omat ostot”) service, you can view your own purchases visually in various ways and monitor, for example, how many of the products you have purchased were made in Finland or the carbon footprint of your purchases.
