At the S Group, we provide services to our customers in a number of sectors. The services that are provided in the whole of Finland are under SOK’s responsibility. These include
- co-op memberships,
- hotel or restaurant memberships,
- our online store and
- hardware stores.
We also use customer data for the following purposes:
- Direct marketing
- Research surveys
- Analytics
Personal data is also collected through CCTV.
The S-Bank provides banking and investment services, and is responsible for the processing of personal data related to these services.
The regional cooperatives collect and use personal data locally to produce services in their region, such as a customer account in an automotive store or a hair salon.
