Would you like to know what information about you we have in our possession?
We use your personal data for many purposes within the S-Group. On this page you will find information on how to exercise your right to access your personal data. Information about your other rights, such as your right to request your personal data to be removed, can be found in the navigation under "Your Rights".
Log in to your S User Account
If you want to know which of your personal data we process in the S Group’s co-op member and customer register, you can order and download an electronic register extract quickly and easily by logging in to your S User Account. By logging in to you S User Account, you can order and download a register extract for example on your basic co-op membership information, purchase data and customer groupings.There is personal data about you in the S Group’s co-op member and customer register if you have an S-Etukortti card, you have given customer feedback or have made purchases in our online stores or used S-mobile or another of our digital services.
Submit an information request using the online form
You can submit an information request about the most important customer registers using our online form (in Finnish only). Submitting a request requires strong electronic authentication.Using the online form, you can order a copy of your data pertaining to the hotel and restaurant services, heating oil orders, food accounts, hardware trade, beauty services, automotive sales, the S-Etukortti card, our online stores, or any feedback you have submitted. In order for us to fulfil your request, please be prepared to give us additional information for example on which of our hotels you have visited and when or which hairdresser’s customer you are. You will receive a response to your request as soon as possible, and in any case no later than within a month.If you want to submit an information request concerning a register other than the one available using the online form or you are unable to perform strong electronic authentication, please contact the data controller responsible for the register.
Job Applicants and Employees
If you work in the S Group or are a job seeker, you have the right to access the personal data we have collected about you as an employee or a job seeker. As every S Group company, such as a cooperative enterprise or SOK, is a separate employer and data controller, you must submit your request primarily to the employer company whose place of work or employment is concerned.
