When you purchase some products from an online store or place an order for groceries to be delivered to your home from one of our outlets, we process your personal data in order to be able to process and deliver your order. Some of the S Group online stores use an online platform for ordering groceries, i.e. food, while others also accept orders by phone or email. The practices depend on your local co-operative. In the case of the home delivery of groceries or an online store order, the co-operative and the delivery partner use your personal data to process your order and deliver it to your home.

Data we collect about you and sources from which we obtain the data

To be able to deliver your groceries or other products to your home, we need your name and contact details, information on what you ordered and information related to the delivery. You can also provide additional information, such as a code to open the door to your stairwell or other instructions for the delivery. We receive the information pertaining to the home delivery from you when you place an online store order.

We process your personal data to deliver your order, i.e. based on a supply contract on groceries or online store products between us and you.

Your data is processed by employees of S Group and the delivery partner whose work duties involve the filling of orders and the delivery of groceries or online store products.
