Surveys at S-group

By conducting research surveys, S Group develops its business to better meet the needs of our customers. The surveys bring the voice of the customers to the forefront, ensuring that customers are at the center of our development. With surveys, we aim to understand our customers’ experiences, preferences, and expectations on various themes. The surveys are used, for example, to improve services and products, as well as to develop new products and services. Customer satisfaction measurements help us continuously improve the customer experience of our services and at our places of business. Our customers’ opinions are extremely valuable to us. By responding, you can influence the future development of S Group.We may, in connection with certain research surveys, combine the responses you provide with customer data, such as customer classifications or purchase information, for the purpose of developing our services. Linking responses with customer data helps us better understand the answers. If responses and customer data can be combined, we will inform you of this in the survey invitation. The processing is based on our legitimate interest, and you may object to the processing by contacting us by email at tutkimuskyselykielto@sok.fi. Responses provided in the survey are analysed in report form, without revealing the identity of respondents. Responses are retained for two years.If you do not wish to receive research invitations from S Group, you can set a prohibition on research surveys in the communication settings of your S user account or in the S-mobiili app, or by email at tutkimuskyselykielto@sok.fi. Please include your name and your 10-digit membership/customer number, which you can find on your S-Etukortti card next to the name of your regional cooperative.
