Updates to the privacy policy of S Group’s co-op member and customer register

We have updated the privacy policy of S Group’s co-op member and customer register. The privacy policy includes information on the personal data we collect, the purposes for which this data is used and any parties to which we disclose the data.We process the data of individuals belonging to the following customer groups in S Group’s co-op member and customer register:

co-op members
other individuals in co-op members’ households
customers placing orders in S Group’s online stores
customers who have opened an S User Account, subscribed to S Group’s newsletters or given feedback via S-kanava’s feedback form

The updates to the privacy policy concern all the above. The updated privacy policy is available on S-kanava at https://www.s-kanava.fi/asiakasomistajuus/s-groups-co-op-member-and-customer-register/. The updated privacy policy does not require customers to take any action.On 15 June 2022, we added details to the privacy policy’s description of the personal data we process and the length of time for which we store the data.
