You can prohibit the collection and use of data at the product level. To prohibit such use, please
- add a prohibition to your details by logging into S User Account;
- visit a co-op member service outlet (available at almost all Prisma and Sokos stores);
- submit a request for adding the prohibition using our feedback form (select co-op membership [asiakasomistajuus], S-Etukortti and Bonus) or
- call the S Group’s co-op member service at +358 8 76 5858 (Mon–Fri from 9 am to 4 pm, call rates € 0,084 per minute).
Please note that after you have given the prohibition, you can no longer use any services that require specific purchasing data, such as the My Purchases service.
