You can update your personal data in the co-op member service (available at almost all Prisma and Sokos stores), by sending a message through our the feedback form – select “asiakasomistajuus” (co-op membership), S-Etukortti card and Bonus as the subject matter – by calling the S Group’s co-op member service, tel. 010 76 5858 (Mon–Fri from 9 am to 4 pm, call rate €0.084 per minute) or by sending an email to tietosuoja.asiakkuus@sok.fi. You can also update some of your information by logging in to Oma S-kanava at www.s-kanava.fi/kirjaudu.
We will receive information about any address and name changes directly from the Population Information System, if you have submitted a notification there and you have not submitted a prohibition on the updating of customer register data in the Population Information System.
